SCOTIA

Scotia is a decorative moulding most often in a concave design that can be used with any LVT or laminate flooring at your choosing - Scotia is most often used with laminate, engineered wood or click system LVT flooring that requires an expansion gap around the perimeter of the room as a way to cover this gap without removing the skirting boards!

At L&S we have many options for scotia, including colour matching scotia for out Quickstep and Furlong Laminate ranges!

As well as this, there is an option to have a plain white scotia to match white skirting boards or even a paintable scotia for you to colour match to your wall or painted skirting boards to get the look you desire!

DOORBARS

Doorbars are fitted in door thresholds to ensure a quality finish to your flooring and protect flooring edges from damage caused by doors or foot traffic.

Doorbars come in different types depending on the flooring on either side of the threshold, and come in various different colours and effect including wood effects, tile effect and matt or gloss colours!

With a variety of different profiles, colours, finishes and styles, they provide the perfect finish to your flooring whilst also ensuring your flooring edges are protected!

INCIZO PROFILES

Have you chosen your perfect Quickstep Laminate flooring but are wanting the perfect finishing look? Quickstep produces colour matching incizo profiles that might be just what you're looking for!

Incizo profiles come in different style to be used for different purposes, the standard incizo profile is used in place of a doorbar to get the perfect colour matching look to make your flooring flow cleanly between rooms, another type of incizo profile is the stair cover - used to add the finishing touch to your stairs, this profile allows you to finish your stairs in the flooring design of your choice, achieving a perfect and long-lasting result.

Finishing profiles are extremely useful: as well as helping to eliminate height differences between different floor levels, they also give you the chance to combine different types of flooring, get as creative as you want for your perfect, unique flooring!

UNDERLAY

When fitting laminate flooring, it’s important to get the right laminate underlay to ensure that your new flooring will remain in top condition for years to come, we offer a range of laminate underlays for you to find the perfect one for you!
